So, I know most of you have seen this picture on facebook, but I thought I'd post it for fun. This was little baby b at 18.5 weeks. Oh, side note: I go for my ultrasound tomorrow at 12:50. Fingers crossed it's all good. Josh and I are pretty excited. Will update after I am back. Went to the doctor yesterday, got to hear the heartbeat (which we had a hard time finding because I have a little swimmer in there!) Dr. Robinson assured me that I am not getting fat (since some people were saying I am way huge for 20 weeks). I'm measuring and weighing where I should so yay for that.
Oh, and I have a hideous cold today and yesterday. It kept me up all night...so no sleep and no drugs. Anyone have good ideas on how to cope with a stuffy/runny/sneezy nose? Please help!

dealing with sickness when you cant take drugs sucks... i normally have alot of sinus problems anyway and the past few months its the same. I got a humidifier and run it at night in my room that seems to help me. Also drinking hot water with lemon .... oh and vicks vapor rub..
my mom will tell you to load up on Vitamin C and echinecia.... did i spell that right??
good luck with the ultra sound!! have fun!!
Yeah, that suck that you are sick and cant take and drugs! But you look great! That's gotta help a little! Have fun today!
Hot water with lemon and honey helps...like kristine said. You can take throat lozenges just not too often. You don't look big for 20 weeks...no worries. I always felt big the first half with Ethan but always messured right on. Of course I did pack on the weight at the beginning so I was a bit off on that!! Can't wait to hear about the ultrasound!
I say do all the stuff Kristine said and also you can get saline nasal spray and that helps with the runny nose part. oh...and call in sick you fool and sleep. And you don't look big at all!
I have no suggestions since I've never been in your place...but I totally feel so much sympathy for you...I don't know what I would do if i couldn't take anything...so I sooooo hope you feel better soon!!!!! I have to agree with Ashley...you are looking so great and so cute with your adorable baby bump!!! Hope the ultrasound went well today!!!
Like Kristine said I will vouch for the Humidifier! I've had one running for the past 2 weeks and it really does help. I don't wake up when the Humidifier is going! You look beautiful by the way! Good luck with the Ultra Sound!
